Service Description
Glazing sessions are for those who have already taken a class and have been alerted their pieces are ready to glaze. Please only book this if you have been alerted of bisqued pieces. Cost was already included in original class, so no further payment is necessary. The pieces will then go into the next available glaze firing when it is their turn, which can take a couple more weeks. This is an estimation based on the amount of pieces in line, the weather, kiln maintenance, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be refunded as long as they are done 24 hours in advance. If cancelled after the 24 hour mark has passed, then a refund can be issued minus a $25 cancellation fee. No calls-no shows will not get a refund. No exceptions. When renting the studio for that time slot, that keeps anyone else from booking. If a true emergency occurs, contact the studio ASAP.
