Service Description

BLOCK PRICING OPTION: Prepay ahead for a block of 4 private one-on-one lessons. Block pricing allows you to save, while being flexible on each session. These must be purchased in full to begin the discount by the start of the first session in the block. You may use them on wheel throwing sessions and/or glazing sessions. Sessions do NOT have to be weekly or consistently on a specific day, and can be scheduled on a case by case basis. They just must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Please note this is non-refundable, so be sure you want to commit. Classes must be used within one year of the purchase date. Any classes not used/scheduled within a one year period will be forfeited unless otherwise arranged. -(4)two-hour long sessions- $500 ($100 savings)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be refunded as long as they are done 24 hours in advance. If cancelled after the 24 hour mark has passed, then a refund can be issued minus a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed if done 24 or more hours in advance. No guaranteed class held without prepayment. No shows and late comers (after 20 minutes) will not get a refund. Class times will not be extended for late comers. No exceptions. When renting the studio for that time slot, it is reserved for you during your time only. If a true emergency occurs where you cannot make class, contact the studio ASAP.
